black lights

am i able to buy 1998 rear black lights? i have seen them, but could they just be spray painted?

Actual tint(applied to inside).

All of which are illegal tho.

Some of the later model B4's and the B Spec Legacy's have got quite dark factory tail lights which are legal, If you tint them, technically it's illegal, but if you do it right so it's emitting enough light it can pass WOF's etc...

Remember they're a safety device though that helps prevent people turning your Wagon into a CRX.

Not starting anything. It's just one WOF station/garage will be different to the next.

I know someone who got their lights taken to with a blade by the testing station, so they had to replace them.

yeah i was trying to find fully red tail lights, like american style indicators. can't find any or any black style ones. unless you facelift the rear to the newer style lights, some guys on ozfoz.com.au have done that

Wof stations aren't allowed to just damage a vehicle in anyway to make it unwarrantable

If they have done this then they have vandalised the vehicle

Items are either a pass or a fail in the check, it's that simple

i find the best way to tint tailights legally, is to mask the reflector part on the light and get spray on tint, take you time and do lots of light layers as this stuff likes to run.
