Not having to put up with them in the clubs/pubs would really be the only plus of raising the age. Theres still plenty of bottle shops that dont bother checking IDs and even more older sibling's who are more than happy to buy it for them.

im preeety sure i know a guy thats going to be the 1st person to meet the wrath of the new bills, his car was impounded permanently the other weekand as far as im aware, and the word going round is its gonna be one of the first ever to get crushed. rats for him, it had 100 spoke rims on it.(not my style but hey thay aint cheap)
