Has anyone done this? If so how hard was it and what did you use ;D

Getting a aftermarket intake pipe

I\'ve got mine in the guard if that\'s what you mean, a 3" hose/pipe will juuuust fit into the holes there already.

General consensus is that unless you\'re after the noise, better off leaving the stock airbox with the in-guard resonator box removed - it then draws air straight from the front wing so can\'t really get any better.

I only made something up since the car came with a pod in the first place (and I\'m a bogan who likes the noise haha)

Other pain in the butt is the only way to get an air feed forced up to there is if you pull out the foglight altogether - you can shave a *bit* of plastic away to the left of the foglight which will let a little more airflow into the front wing area, but that\'s about it.

Ninja edit too - the factory arrangement with the big wide mouth thingy which feeds from the front grille is already pretty much free of restriction too, its more the earlier models you\'ll see gains from messing with it all.
