Output For Sensors

Hey Guys,

Just putting back together my engine and there are a few sensor that are adjustable, however i forgot to mention to him to mark them down before he removed them

so i have a multimeter handy now so what do i need to test them and more importantly how?

the major two i can remember is the TPS and ICV and what values should i expect to see?

Yeah 1992 GT Legacy

Will check them out, i used the search bar but struggle to find what i was looking for... i remembered seeing it somewhere tho.

TPS is 4.5V closed. Set the ISC to about the middle, or see if you can see the old lock-down screw witness marks.

dont you mean 0.45??? the actual spec is 0.50v at closed throttle

Nope. Gen 1 Legacy's are the other way around. Definitely 4.5v closed.

I'm replacing both of the sensors with new ones and so i don't have any marks :'(

yeah for sure. sorry 'depends on the model' was pretty vague.. i actually meant model of subaru in general, not legacy specific
