Turbo upgrade please help

What have you done to the car already - you may find you have room to move with the turbo it has on it already still

What is your goal / plans down the track

(as for the turbo if it were me I wouldn\'t - even another subaru factory turbo like a VF30 or similar is probably a safer bet at half the price)

ive got a cat-back 3inch exhaust, subtech downpipe, gfb respon bov, simota podfilter.

my goal is to beat my mate gc8 lol hahah my plan are for the car too pull harder, when it ready i would wanna take it to the tracks ..

Well dont they normally see sorta 180-190kW @ wheels with a reflash and maybe FMIC on top of whats there already?

Would paste your average GC8 or at least be lineball with it

Plenty of guys going to town on this model in the US & aussie

I wouldnt know never got into the legacy thing of any era tbh. Average GC8 lighter and make similar/more power to that even non sti once reflashable or made tuneable. Some make low 200\'s with chipped ecu and run safe AFR.

How strong are the blocks on these? One of those betterer tmic and a bigger turbo with reflash could make it very quick if block can take it. Injectors are 550cc sidefeeds I think so plenty of headroom to 240-250kw atw?

I was told today.. That if i could get my hands on a vf37 turbo, twin scroll manifold+ up pipe from a v7-v9 sti, sump, 3inch downpipe.. They guy will make my car fly lol hahah he said the car will run fine with the mods with no problem as a daily driver at all .. is this true or just bullshit ??

I still got some 300Zx Garrett turbos X2 With A\R 0.48 ,

Any one think that i could mount those and keep it in paro Mode , i dnt know if ill get more Lagg or just Reduce it IDEAS>?

was thinking about removing that Cross pipe n adding 2 waste gates there running back to Y pipe further back ,

also adding 2 front Mounts on each side for each individual turbo ,

Or should i just try USe One for starters on the Secondry Side?

Just get MSE to work your current turbo = job done. No header change/fuck around.

Just get MSE to work your current turbo = job done. No header change/bother around.

BEST idea so far.

Talk to steve and tell him your goals. This way you can keep your factory manifold and engine bay look while still probably gaining a good 50-100hp atw with the right reflash after its refitted.

Will probably be by far the cheapest option too and instead of a cheap chinese made turbo or a questionable 2nd hand brand name one you will have a fully rebuilt subaru item from a well known and respected expert that will actually build a turbo to suit your goals rather than an off the shelf item.

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
