So, just wondering if anyones had the same trouble, when I was at the trackday at manfield, obviously doing high RPM changes as you do at a track, I noticed that if I tried to shift at a reasonable speed it would grind, however if I waited for the revs to drop (1-2 thousand) it would go in just fine. Has anyone had this same problem? Are the syncros in these boxes a bit slow? Or are there any oils that seem to help them along at all? Cheers guys.

Could it be a clutch issue over box/oils, replacing clutch fluid and a good bleed could help?

I\'m not sure myself, the clutch seems to engage and disengage flawlessly so I wouldn\'t have thought so.

You\'ve got me wondering now, I\'ve heard about bleeding the clutch before but I\'ve never actually done it before nor do I know the advantages/reasons of doing it, is any able to shed some light on this for me?

Same as a soft brake pedal or weak brakes, old fluid breaks down. There\'ll be a how to somewhere, afaik there\'s 2 or 3 different bleed locations that have to be bleed in order.

Edit: It\'s where I\'d start before suspecting box trouble. But it could be clutch technique over vehicle fault?
