Whistle after decat

Opinions on this? The whistle/whooshy noise about 2sec into video. Quite hard to hear but can't seem to get a recording any better. Always starts at about -0.2 kpa on the boost gauge under medium/light load. Doesn't appear to happen in higher gears unless really light on the go pedal:/

Been trying to find intake leaks with no luck, reseated all exhaust gaskets I had previously removed with no change, all that can really be done there is order new ones I guess. The downpipe to midpipe flexi gasket does do a couple of drips of water when i start the car for the first time of the day. Don't think a leak that far down the exhaust would give the sound i'm experiencing

So after leak check number 10,000 i'm still not seeing any leaks.

Noticed this whilst giving it a bit of throttle from idle when stationary. Is this, almost chuff noise, normal for drive by wire setups when quickly going from idle throttle opening to roughly 30% open. Almost sounds like a leak but wouldn't really know.
