BP/BL pre-facelift owners need your help (cars with tripcomp/clock)

I am toying an idea of getting a tripcomp to fully function in a facelift model, at the moment it only works as a clock, even if I plug a pre-facelift unit in there. The harness is clearly missing a few (signal?) wires and I need some help with that. Can someone please pull their tripcomp/cubby assembly out and snap some clear photos of the harness and the connector?

I've seen a facelift car with pre-facelift screen installed with a fully functioning tripcomp data displayed and that got me thinking, have also found an unplugged connector that feeds from the same main harness as the clock.

Done a bit more research, looks like I need to do more than I initially thought. Will have to run a signal wire from i10 (green 22pin connector behind the cluster) down to pin 5 of the clock connector i59.

Why exactly are you wanting to do this anyway? Seems like alot of effort for data thats already available, did your old one fail and you got hold of a prefacelift one to replace it?

I know right, it's more like I need a new project .

Mine actually came with a pre-face clock/tripcomp in place and I was always wondering if this could be done. I have a facelift clock unit as well.

If you're after a project like that, why not just pull it all out and do a Nexus install. Way greater return from one of those

Have no real need for a Nexus, especially for the amount of feedling involved.
