Kenwood Cd stacker

Heya guyz,

I have a little issue id like to find a few thing out about

I have a 1997 rsb it has a cd stacker in the rear but no cd cartridge

first of all are these anygood as i dont really like cds flying all around my car but i dont what a cd eating lemon either lol

where do i find replacement cartridges to buy? also will it work with my sony head unit maybe adaptors or something

That unit seems decent enough just to throw out the stacker! But if you chose you would be able to use it. If the original cable doesnt slot straight in you will most likely have to by one that piggy backs onto the antena. They just use a preset signal to transmit to the head unit, but come with a remote so you can change/skip etc.

If you need to buy any cables id probably hit trademe as they can get pricey and end up not really worth it in the long run.

I've got a cartridge and a stacker that I no longer use as I now have a aux connection for my kenwood headunit and just use my iPod.

If the stacker works with your head unit I could flick the cartridge to you for cheeps if you want au.

hey man thanks i got one on trademe a couple days ago but if it dont work ill give you a bell i dont even know if the things works yet lol
