Oiley Greasy shiz around drivers Cylinders possible fouling *ADVICE*

Hi

got some oil/grease around drivers side cyls engine takes awhile to crank and then puffs abit of smoke upon startup then is fine

me thinks oils seals YES

how much to fix the buggers (me wonders if autosure cover this)

if you have a warranty then yea hit them up if they will fix it for you, no harm in trying. it will depend on exactly which autosure policy you have though.

is it at the rear of the engine? im thinking more likely inner cv boot torn and throwing grease around.

mechanic apparently couldn't find anything wrong which is a crock hes just sick of working on it

so wouldn't know how much it'll cost

And no not cv boots had fronts replaced when i brought it as they were cracking

maybe some pics? colour of said grease/oil, more specific area its in could all be a sweet start

is around plugs and all over head areas on drivers side and a little on the passenger is gritty black type

just had them done about 2 months ago maybe they didn't torque head studs up enough

didn't actually noticed that one KOOM all i have noticed is that its around the plugs and of course leads

and when you start it 1st thing in the morning it coughs into life with a puff or 2 of blue smoke or white for about 10 seconds so god only knows

am over subarus although seen a few nice foresters around you never know lol might be one of them of a toyota surf next haha

All three of my breather ports manage to leech out some oily vapour even after I put new hoses on there and clamped them on. I just degrease the engine every once and a while and basically ignore it ;D
