power steering issue

ok so i have done my flipped manifold setup and my powersterring pump will not fit as the resivoir is hitting the throttle linkage, sooo what ones have other people used,

so far some options are fitting a remote res P/S pump from a 2002 legacy (possibly from other models as well)

or trying to remove the resivoir and somehow attaching fittings to make it remote styles, or taking my throttle linkages apart and shortening it down.

to make matters more tricky i have A GFB pulley kit and would ideally like to keep them....

are you able to flip the throttle over or rotate it 90 degrees and just make up a new mount for the cable?

havent thought about changing that as its using the factory mounts cut and welded to the other side. maybe something to look at, the cable issue hasnet been sorted either but that should be an easy fix with a custom bracket.

The factory mounts for the throttle body are square, so it should simply be a matter of unbolting it, rotating it and bolting it back on

what version is this on man? also have you had any issues with bonnet clearance with the t/body? and have you just flipped the manifold straight off or have you cut and welded where the t/body mounts?

i chopped and swapped my TB mounting points. and welded a plate over the original hole.

no clearance issues.

they are oblong. so cant flip 09 deg.

will post pics when its all done and dusted, going to the tuner sometime early next week.
