91 gt legacy roof rail removal???

does any one know how to remove the factory roof rails from a 1991 gt legacy so i can get them powder coated??

take them off and throw them away... ;D oh and they have bolts under the hood lining.. quite difficult to do and you can damage the lining if not careful..

lol they would look good off not to good at body work to weld the bolt holes up lol they look ugly atm with all the black peeling off them got to get them powderd lol cheers mate.

chuck some duckt tape under the hole and nutech the hole up... sand it back and slam the paint on... easy as.. you could have it done in a day.

and distort the roof? and then get a panel beater to spend a week on it... you actualy panel bond plates on the bottom man, i wasnt sure if you would understand...

yeah i guss your rite though, if your not going all out it shooould be okay! ( sorry if i came across a bit agro )

if you have a mate with a welder then bang some plates up. have to be really careful with bogg on roof as it cracks when car flexes!
