Leaking Radiator Coolant On A RSKB4

Got home today after giving the car a blast down the motorway after a wash parked up let the motor cool down switched the engine off and found green coolant pissing out from underneath down towards the back of the plastic engine tray around the middle where engine and gearbox is.

I'm wondering could it be a split hose or the head gaskets gone bust? The car doesn't seem to be overheating so is it worth still driving around in it or am I going to do more damage?

Take off the plastic scuff plate (2 bolts at the back, 3 at the front, and screws in the wheel arch) and see where it's dripping from. My bet is split hose.. keep the coolant topped up and get it looked at asap. If the coolant can't pressurise and boils it causes corrision to start.

Top radiator tanks are real common for splitting on those too.

Not the radiator I did that about a year ago. To add to the story on my last service in November the mechanics replaced a radiator hose as they said it had swelled. Wondering if one of the other hoses could of been in the same condition. But the head scratcher is last week before I went to Rotorua checked the oil level and it looked friggin empty on the stick. No oil light came on in the car and it aint been dropping oil as none on the drive and can't smell anything burning. Put about a litre in been checking it everyday since and has been at the correct levels. Been to Rotorua and back from Auckland with the car been pushed hard at times now dropping engine coolant I'm wondering if my motors getting pissed off with me. Or the mechanics frigged up as all they can see is $$$$ when they see me.

i wouldn't jump to the head gasket as the cause, take off the 6 or so bolts holding the plastic undertray on and see where the coolant is pissing out of... replace said part, be it a radiator hose, top tank, radiator core, overflow container... maybe the radiator was hit by a rock, leaving a hole, hence the leak...

Hey fixed the leak found a split in one of the small heater hoses that connects to one side of the throttle body. What a mission first time i've had to take the intercooler off and put back on what a pain in the arse.

I was going to get some of those silicon intercooler pipes a while back think I might look at getting them again.
