Yeah Jif is the go aye! my old man user to use it on old cars he brought with paint rubs and scratchs on them, i know it sounds hori but it does work good as it is like a cutting compound just waaaaaay cheaper! +1 on the coat of wax, Ive found Subaru paint is pretty tough but you alway want to make sure its protected

Im looking at getting a set of BC\'s if my Teins fail on me, you can get them in a shorter shock body and revalved to what ever you like to match what ever spring weight you use, i was planing on doing a set with 12k springs all around thatl be shorter

will need to roll guards to make them fit, but 8.5 can be done easily with a 225/40/18, ive seen the same set up on a ver8, another note to think about is do you have the sti with bigger guards?

check the gbox wherer your front half shafts come out of, i had a simular noise one night then the gbox would go into gear and just made a loud crunching noise when i would give it some gas, turned out that i put a nice big whole in the side of the gbox where the half shafts go into the gbox

yeah but thats 8 years ago man, so much could of changed to the car in those 8years, understand where your coming from. but the owners after you could have raped the car to f**k and things could have been changed to each owners likings, but good luck trying to find it, try hustle live on FB should be able to locate it there

Try cut and polishing the windows- i used a stuff called glass cut, it came up really good, buh if its the tinted windows then it may not come off as its in the film

+1 by reading all of this, ong that sets me apart is the driving attitude and the loud pipe. Il be loud piped soon just cause il have alot more ponies, but for now im still running N/A

the NA box has a torque converter that is 25mil smaller and doesnt match up, found that out last week. the Engine will drop straight in. doing the gearbox change with the motor is a piece but make sure your diff is matching to the gearbox. the axles are all matching for all BE, BH chassis as long as the box is out of a BH/BE. there is a whole and any needed whole already on the firewall. also when the conversion is done there are some wires that are needed for the turbo so get a full loom to match the motor and ECU hopefully that helps. im going through a similar conversion just with a fully built motor and 6 speed box

Hey guys, in the weekend noticed i could hear a constant clicking from the R/h front axle, ended up getting it towed home cause i wouldnt let me drive it, put it up onto jack and bammmm im looking up into a hole from where the half shaft connects to the gearbox, now my problem is will a tip tronic front half of the gbox and gears work with my auto box, i got one really cheap just need to make sure it works with my gbox

i got no front inner guards on mine ;D ive rubbed the life out of my rear guards to a point where theres no name left on the tyre ;D

Drove it to work and noticed a really good lil spot for some photo shots to come :)
