  1. You can reflash v3-4 the only reason people dont is due to the fact the ecu is not stable and brick 80% of the time. Ecutek is the only software on the market that is available to reflash v5-6 and to purchase licences you need to be regonised by Ecutek as a master tuner and set up cost is sky high I know as i purchased it with licences. If you find a jecs ecu for a v3-4 ecu we can supply prodrive eproms which is a mere to tune as you can only live tune to a certain point and the rest is via logs and then removing reflashing eprom and the cycle starts again till customer is happy.
  2. With the new race rom yes you can have to maps via a discret switch.

  8. They are used in wrc as an accumerlator given they run no blowoff valve its also helps stablize stall effect

    We have fitted several fmic to fozs the best kit so far has been the redline for fitment
  11. Agree man i have seen it done for many years but not the point of thread.
  12. My stock v8 was 230kw at 18psi on factory top mount, i then built the 2.5 which was 285kw on factory tmic 22psi. All the group N cars run factory internals injector tmic etc. The vf22 was used in wrc etc group N all run factory turbos ie 34,36 all 250kw running afrs of 12.5 and restrictors as i said all comes down to tuner.

Not to upset yous but certain vfs will support 250kw a vf22 was used in s5 wrc cars and group n the vf34 and vf 36 are all used in group n with restrictor and factory injectors and factory top mount all producing 250kw a vf 30 will also to 250kw my car 235kw on a vf37 at 18psi factory v8 engine, it all comes down to the tuner. Also proven that you can support 285kw on a ftmic but hey what would i know.

  18. All engine built by us have a warrenty have two engines that will be in action in mount vic this year. We prefer to tune on the road has this is where 99% of the time a car is driven followed by a dyno pull afterwards to get final figures and final checks. This has been proven all around the world has you have the true airflow through the engine bay. We are able to set track cars up for diffrent events from suspension setups to specific tunes roll cage builds to msnz standards or FIA.

We have partnered with subworx and have gained ecutek approval as well as sum prodrive maps and tuning software. We have a v7 conversion package which includes engine,ecu,turbo and full conversion on any car intro price 4500.00 we have 2 of these options. Will be offering road tuning followed by a dyno run All servicing and wof requirements with loan vechile Engineering and track/rallie set ups We will be a team of 4 guys from all different walks of the rally game.

  22. Hi fellow clubsubbers, Would like to announce that we are a new performance workshop in wellington aiming to become a one-stop-shop. I have been a member on here for a while and have done numerous engines or conversions through this forum. I personal have over 10 yrs experience in Group N and open class rally teams. Our other partners either come from the rally industry or electrical back ground. I have recently secured ecutech and other strong partners I will be able to offer mild to wild as well as day to day servicing, repairs and warrant of fitness’.
