  1. Didn't know there was a dragstrip in chch city ;D
  2. You could try a high to low level converter from jaycar, I used to use one with my factory headunit... http://jaycar.co.nz/productView.asp?ID=AA0480&keywords=high+to+low&form=KEYWORD Now I've got a better one.
  3. Yea they look sweet, it's when you start getting harsh metal on metal sounds then you should ring some places to find out prices on replacement pads, might want to do rotors too as they might be a little worse for wear
  4. I did the prodrive thing also when I was 15, was fun and actually learnt something. Had a paddock car from when I was 12, manual rwd so learnt alot of basic car control doing stupid stuff in a paddock. Paddock had seen better days when I was done with it. ;D +1 on the whole compulsory driver training / experience. But I also feel alot of middle aged drivers need to be forced to revise the road rules if they want to keep driving, even just having to sit the learners test again because I'm certain many would epically fail! One example that annoys me and I see almost everyday is people not keeping to their own lane when turning onto a multi-laned road.
  5. +1 Is it the street or competition version lol?
  6. Here's the mod done, pretty self explanatory... Can't remember if there was anything else but I had the pump running when ever the key was 'on'.
  7. I just went out and took this picture just for you. This is a wagon, I assume it's the same for sedan. It sits behind the panel the arrow points to.
  8. The speed controller should be in the left hand side of the boot behind the panel.

I know mine was sweet with a 2L factory ecu as it was maf based, but if map based the tune should be checked at a minimum and possibly adjusted slightly especially for run in.
  10. I've seen some they show your speed then a or a
  11. Back on topic, you have 5mm which is plenty of clearance unless you like to drive around with your wheel nuts loose, then I would recommend spacers
  12. You have been caught by new and improved word filter for example... +1 shit fuck vagina dick lol penis fucking motherfucker
  13. I've had about 1mm on my brembos and there was no problem, I did eventually get some wheels that cleared them by about 5mm.
  14. Would be good for some more top end and less exhaust restriction which is a good thing. I say go for it.
  15. Um I tryed to work out the pinouts but when I actually did it, I ended up matching a few coloured wires as the diagrams weren't entirely accurate for the models i had. Have stuff lying around somewhere, will see if I can hunt them down, it has been awhile though.
  16. hurr it is now in the car! But not in the correct place because I just chucked the whole dash in there as I've got no where else to put it. Oh and that's mounted into the speedo cluster hurr
  17. Here's my boost still have to sort out my oil temp, water temp and oil pressure with a home.
  18. When I got a fine for tints, my factory tints were tested at ~12%
  19. Yea I was also supposed to say how? in that post.
  20. 1999 gtb 2.5L 110 after 5 laps ruapuna. ~90 on road.
  21. Could be keen also when my car is back on the road. I can wait ;D
  22. ;D fun times ahead, I completely repinned the one I put in mine a couple of years ago. I got the indicator stalk out of the black dash car and also the plugs for the dash and wired them both in. There is different variations of plugs over the different revisions AFAIK, I put a rev 'd' 2002 dash into my rev 'b' 1999.
