Update: Car was posted by the original owner who had received the vehicle back after Police recovered it after a pursuit.
Police were very thankful for reporting the listing even though in this case it turned out to be a false alarm.
Exactly, if you call *555 and go through to the non-driving related department, they will take details and forward it throught the appropriate department.

Change from manual with clutch to manual or auto in the difficulty settings.
Force feedback is a bit meh. I've started using my 360 controller, primarly because it's how I've played all the Forza titles in the past.
If you want to max it out, you'll need something beefy, but in saying that, it's a very pretty game even on medium-high settings.
Has a cool optional feature where it adapts the graphics settings depending on the environment to give you a decent fps.
I'm currently running high settings at 70-80fps at 1080p on a GTX1070.
I play quite a few racing games on PC and both the Grid and Dirt series are high up there.
Dirt Rally is fantastic fun.
I've been playing it on PC along with a few other ClubSub mates
Splashed out on the Ultimate Edition for early-access, so far so good.
The graphics and audio are stunning. Handling seems to be less arcade like than previous Horizon titles.
The only major gripe I have is the lagginess of the upgrade menus. But I'm sure they will look to improve that in the not too distant future.

And LED DRLs use very little power reducing in very little fuel consumption increase, might as well start turning off your radio and A/C if you're worried about that amount of fuel.
Not to mention... we drive Subarus around here what is fuel economy?
You could replace the fog light housings with 2nd hand ones and buy some white bulbs/LEDs and rewire the fog light circuit to run as DRLs.
Or you could replace the units with a DRL module from Hella, Narva or similar.
