I wouldn't bank on it, this set has been on trade me for months now...
Pose as a car buyer and test drive an Outback from a dealer, you'll get a feel for what I mean.
The Outback struts are approx. 30mm longer than the Legacy ones, also a taller softer spring.
Self leveling rear struts (the ones I linked previously) as well, good/bad? - not to sure...
You will get at least 50mm lift with Outback struts and springs.

Beware, the outback spring rate is very low. The ride will be incredibly soft in comparison to your existing.
Cheers bro!
225/45/R18
225/45 has a slight side wall curve but looks just right in my opinion.
Tried to get as close to the factory rolling circumference/diameter as possible, 235/45 would have been exactly the factory specs but no chance they would have fitted in the guard/flare (as I've found out since fitting up).
No issues with headers or any bottoming out on the chassis but I'm not as low as ADIKT, I do however hit the towbar frequently on driveways but this seems to protect my mufflers (thank god!).
I have cut all the flare plastic out, creates about 10-15mm of room.
I would feel pretty comfortable purchasing those Bilsteins from Strongs, if they aren't any good when you get them in then I'm sure they'd refund you/resolve the issue.
Even if they wouldn't, at $295 I'd chance my arm. Double check the spring rate for the rears though, otherwise you could end up with a saggy rear end. Just my 2 cents.
I had my last alignment done by Heino at Autostance, I was standing in the workshop while he did the work.
Got him to do the alignment for an upcoming cert (ie. maxed out factory specs for camber) and to fit my new wheels.
He spent a lot of time adjusting my camber arms due to poor design on the manufacturers behalf, however got the job done!
Cost me $80 if I remember correctly.
I'd recommend them, very helpful and willing to go the extra mile.
