Then again, this has been a fun way to procrastinate before I finish work for the week:) I often discuss with friends how the internet has spoiled pointless arguments because you can just look things up, haha.
Also, It's 6MT, whereas aren't GTBs 5MT?
If it isn't, someone has gone to a lot of effort to make it look like one...mufflers, paint color, wheels and seats all tbSTI specific aren't they?. Swapping the grill for corozon one would be a curious choice given the tbSTI already come with a mesh grille right? Then again, some people (*cough* @sobanoodle *cough*) are very particular about their grilles
Fair enough. I'm not in any particular hurry. I will probably do handling and tune first.
Probably still worth gathering a list of people that might be interested and seeing if they will do us a deal.
Super cheap also have one on sale that goes higher, sounds like it is the winner

Repco's trolley jacks are on sale so might add one to the toolkit and solve my problem...

And they are using that XRT guy's tune data for marketing, which gives me some comfort using him given concerns about throttle happy's communication/health etc..
That's the thing with the supercharger kit, you can buy another cost for similar $!
This is what Raptor claim on their website. (http://raptorsc.com.au/subaru/subaru-libertylegacy-4-gen-ez30-header/)
Just found your sl-i thread, will read with interest:D
+1.
Think my upgrade path will be headers + tune. Itching to get tune done now, but a waste of money if I plan on doing the headers at some stage. I vote @kwi_fozze starts a CS tuning service:P
P10 Nissan Primera sedan...this was over 10 years ago. I somehow developed an irrational obsession with Primeras...think it started when I read something about the sr20 engine and how reliable it was and easy to modify and the fat that pretty much every nissan of the era has the same engine so parts were easy to come by.
Loved the car, but only had it a few months before my brother wrote it off. Flash forward and due to my wife having a family car and being a supporter of public transport, I didn't actually buy another car until we bought the 2.0i BP for my wife last year and my 3.0r this year. My wife's dad is Subaru man and we had their 2.5L 2001 B4 sedan for a while which is how I shook my Primera obsession and caught the Subaru bug...I still miss that car!
Wanting to do an oil change on my wife's car and wondering where people put jack stands? Have done some searching and not finding anything particularly helpful as most discussions on this assume you have a trolley jack.
I just have the scissor jack (x2) and a pair of jack stands from super cheap. Have used the scissor jack on the normal jack points for changing wheels, but can't jack at that point and put a stand there at the same time...
Am I stuffed without a trolley jack or is there somewhere else I can put jack stands?
Android device manager is the equivalent, native, way of doing this with an android phone.

Comes in handy when my wife leaves her phone places:)
Wait? You're clearly more patient than I am;) The wobble, even though it's subtle, bothers me every time I drive the car at slow speed, which is every day crawling on the NW motorway to/from work.
My fall back is picking up this set that matches mine for $100 and hoping one of them is true and then paying $25 - $45 per wheel to get it fitted.

Only hesitation with getting another set of 2nd hand stock wheels is they may also be buggered. Plus previous point about then having 3 wheels to dispose of.
Will definitely get a quote first. And do all the other troubleshooting mentioned in my other post on this. If more than 1 wheel needs to be straightened, this option instantly becomes non-economic.
Probably similar, but then I end up with 3 extra wheels I don't need (if I get a set from TM) and still have to pay to get the tyre fitted. Would strong sell an individual wheel?
