  1. Whats this seal coated you speak of? does it come in a matt finish? Does it just stop the paint from chipping?
  2. Pretty sure it should pop out either way first, just don't put too much pressure on it and it should pop up for you! I have a spare clock one if you end up snapping some clips...
  3. Nice looking work Thanking you! Will be interesting to see it all back in the car, now have to wait for cage and paint to be done
  4. While the cars off getting caged I thought id get into the dash and start setting up the new de-mister and blocking off the off centre console due to the heater core being removed...
  5. I'm pretty sure they are plastic, all the USA guys do the v10 rear end conversions so must be able to remove them...
  6. Decaps are always a little dodgy and don't have a great spray pattern...I can say this as I currently run decapped v7 pinks... You don't get great fuel ec from them either...but this is what you get when someone has taken a tiny file to top of your stock injectors to open the end up... Id say go for the id1000s their well known in nz on the performance scene and are pretty well priced...then when you get your car dynod just get them to install them before hand if your not confidant to do it yourself?
  7. Id1000s will be fine at idle with the g4 I plan on upgrading to id2200s and suspect ill run into issues then... Not sure if the ids come with new o rings, I replaced mine with Subaru ones... Set me back $40ish for the set
  8. I'm running 300+ with 850cc top feeds on factory rails. No issues with it!
  9. I'm coming round to do our swap before you do!
  10. Interiors striped, deloomed and tucked, ready to roll!
  11. I use to have a s4 and a s6 rx7, both highly modified.if you want some advice just pm me...more than happy to check out cars your interested in!
  12. You don't need a wof to claim insurance when in a crash, but if it turns out the item that caused the crashed was unwarrentable then this will void your insurance... Eg bald tyres... So can't see why a turbo/wastegate would stop you getting insurance? Well that's how my insurance company works anyway... (clic car insurance)
  13. +1 if your chasing numbers then a subaru isn't for you. See below for parts I used to get to 300kw.
