  1. It's from under the dash, but I was beginning to think it was the fuel pump controller which is good news! needed to find the bugger as i'm bypassing it to just use a relax like the wrx does. I would trace the wires but can't remember which plugs it goes into Great planning on my part
  2. I'd be surprised if it is, NA legacy and all. mine definitely doesn't have that function
  3. Doing the wiring on my car and wondering if anyone can identify what this is? Can't seem to figure it out. Google didn't seem to help me either, Denso part number: 499300-1071
  4. Ah interesting! Good to see someone trying something a bit different, something I hadn't thought about really. I may have to think about it, my turbo sits extremely close to my brake booster with it being a twisted setup.
  5. Tinfoil on your brake booster? Surely the heat can't affect the fluid that much
  6. bought some bling bling, new fuel rails and stainless rad overflow. if only the car actually went...
  7. I'm not excessively low and just on shock and spring combination I have around 3 deg. Barely noticeable
  8. At the local wreckers there's an STI coupe with most / all panels still intact just without a motor and some glass for silly cheap money. they do pop up!
  9. sorry for thread hijack but just on the quality of rota read this article (it's an eye opener, a positive one don't worry RotaWheelsNz) http://custompinoyrides.com/2012/03/question-on-durability-of-rota-wheels/
  10. testing out the freshly wof'd car I see
  11. Amateur question but what size is the inlet in a vf23? I have a box full of different sized silicon hoses but none of them fit...
  12. Just thinking outloud here, especially on a track, when the car is getting increasingly warm, keeping the air 'cold' becomes a bigger issue? That skylines engine temps wouldn't be very high at all compared to when on the track so the cold air doesn't make much of a difference, but when as funky says your coming down at 150+ it would?
  13. Bit off topic but do rally cars just rebuild turbos very often?
  14. o2 sensors, are they different sizes for NA's and turbos? I tried to put the one from my legacy into the new downpipe (3" rage) and it didn't fit, rage bug is a bit bigger
  15. Drifting has always been about getting attention, hence why they have outrageous paint jobs / wheel colours and such. All part of the cuture
  16. Sivlia isn't too bad, as said above needs matching front kit / whole new kit. You don't think team orange cars look bad do you?
  17. o2 sensors, are they different sizes for NA's and turbos? I tried to put the one from my legacy into the new downpipe (3" rage) and it didn't fit, rage bug is a bit bigger
  18. Mounting points are different afaik
