Legacy BE5 radiator replacement

My radiator has a small leak in the top tank which i want to get fixed or replace with a alloy one.

What suits my car? read somewhere V7&8 ones fit. Would this work for me?

Yes V7 and 8 ones will fit, however if your car doesn't have a radiator with a filler cap on it, you'll need to run an extra water line. I ran into this problem with my V7 when I got that Redline one. It's not a biggie to do, but just an extra hassle that I didn't want to deal with.

I ended up getting a radiator from a different place, and he said it was a "blank" one - one without a filler cap on it. Maybe you need to ask around for one of these.

However if you do indeed have the filler cap on the top, then you can get any of these.

na i dont have the filler cap, where was the place you got yours from without one?,

i asked A1 radiators on trademe if they had one without a filler cap but they dont have any listed so will wait and see what they say.

A1 on trade me has one but its $380
