Missing after single turbo conversion. HELP

Finished the conversion everything back together and nows its missing/backfiring every 2nd-ish fire, we are pretty sure the wiring is done write and everything is plugged in write.

the video attached is crap. but you can hear the backfire, the backfire is consistent spacing etc.

Making me think its ignition or similar. Ideas to what is could be? even the obvious things haha

that sounded like mine when i had the ignition wrong, you had to pair up 2 of them aye? think you got the wrong pairs?

i paired up 1 & 2 into 1 then 3 & 4 into 2, according to pin outs its write, then changed it to 3 & 4 into 1 and 1 & 2 into 2 which made the same?? vid of the 2nd wiring attempt up now:

you may have a vac hose on the wrong way round?

theres like 3 or 4 vac hoses and we checked them all against a v6 sti that was here so its not that....sure of that.

its sounds like ignition or fuel to me??

changed it to 1 & 3 into 1 and 2 & 4 into 2, sounds better, well it doesn't backfire but it sounds like running on 2 or 3 cylinders?

new vid, how can u tell what cylinders its running on/how many?

Start pulling off leads and re-starting the car to see if it drops to one or continues as is. At least then you might be able to find which cylinders are working.

ahhh the man has a plan... sounds good, and just to check the cylinders go like:

2 1

4 3

Don't pull leads off while its running unless you like 120 bazillion volts

yeah like the opposite to what we got told and the diagram say and it works...
