Im planning on getting a wynns flush of my automatic transmission on my forester, does anyone know exactly how much fluid the transmission takes including torque converter? also has anyone had a wynns flush I have read alot of conflicting information whether its good or bad for your car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

dont use any of that additive crap. just get a new filter and pan gasket, then remove the cooler line from radiator and flush out while running into a bucket. that is pretty much the best way to do it. and you will use about 10-12 litres doing it if not too bad. just get the crap repco oil and then fill up the last time with something decent

yea i wouldnt bother putting a trans flush through, but yea drain fill drain fill til it gets a nice fresh colour. you wont get all the old stuff out.

personally i wouldnt even worry bout the filter or gasket, unless its leaking or you really want to do it.
