Idling rough :(

Help me out guys i have an 01' B4 RSK and for some reason after driving for abit

when i park up or am at the lights the car revs from about 900 to 600 or lower revs and sometimes stalls on me (auto)

WTF is it!!! ???

check coolant temp sensor > might be thinking the motor is still cold and flooding it (auto-choke styles)

perhaps codes 1st too

check your computer for faults and sounds like an afm issue does it do it when you stop on hills?

Sounds exactly like my car when the AFM died, although I had the corresponding CEL.

would i get a check engine light or something? (sorry real noob) it does it pretty much whenever i stop lights etc and occasionally stalls too how much for a replacement AFM? also not getting any check engine lights

try cleaning the throttle body and idle control valve out first?

just to make it clearer for everyone, if you have a sticky idle control valve, then come off the gas pedal quickly, where is the air going to go to get into your engine? the ICV counteracts this and stabilises the idle out.

any luck with this issue? im inclined to go with boostcuts theory, IAC are tempremental bastards at the best of times so give it a clean and try it( if not done already)
