Bilstein Shock reconditioning

Hey Guys,

Got a 2004 MY05 (BL?) Legacy. It's just coming up to 100,000km and I thought for a mid-life crisis present I'd get the shocks reconditioned.

Has anyone done this before? Any advice/suggestions? Approximate cost? The car is driving OK but I'm presuming the shocks are probably a bit worn at the 100km mark.

Where is the best place to take the car in Wellington?

Well that possibly answers "Where is the best place to take the car in Wellington?"

Although I'm not sure of how many places will actually re-gas Bilsteins.

Could send them up to Stech (http://stech.co.nz/products.htm)

There's a few threads around where people have mentioned getting their shocks rebuilt there. From memory about $250 per corner.

Could re-grease them yourself (http://www.clubsub.org.nz/forum/index.php/topic,11099.0.html) if you feel like pulling some stuff of the car and getting your hands dirty.
