Ver 5-6 Fuel Rails onto Ver 3 Intake

Hi all, im wondering if im able to put Ver 5-6 Rails onto my Ver 3 STi intake manifold (even with slight mods if needed?) so i can run some uncapped Injectors.

As you probably already know, they dont bolt straight on.

When I did this waaaaay back in the day I made some adapters to allow use of the V5/6 rails on the V3/4 inlet manifold..... heres some pics:

You can run them upsidedown on a v1-2 manifold I believe which would fit your heads at least.

Sorry man, I dont have the time these days, and my engineer mate has closed up his workshop so I dont have access to the tools needed to do the job

Any decent engineer should be able to knock some of them up for you though.

Although an easier way would be to just weld some alloy to the manifold between the 2 legs and then tap them so the rails bolt on (a mate of mine did his that way...).

if u are in wellington my mate can make one up for you, he had made a few adaptors for a few people already including my ver7 rail into a ver8 manifold

is a v7 rail different to a v8 rail?
