added Possumn link and etc

ok just done engine transplant, young guy supplied the motor, went for couple of up grades, gtb coilpac conversion v5 yellow top injectors possumn link ecu split fuel rails walbro 500hp fuel pump with direct 12v feed from battery in the boot. Car sounds great at idle he took it home and it is surging , fuel reg is set at 46lb at idle, not sure what his boost controlla is should I buy pass boost controlla and wind up reg to add more fuel? This is a v2 WRX motor is from a 97 JDM V3 STI, using v2 intake manifold and plated up the ICV. Im thinking add fuel that dont fix it remove after market boost controlla and just go off waste gate spring.

Boost controller not going to cause surging, If boost is stable then its doing its job

Is the ecu for (and tuned for) this car? Or just been plugged in?

What do you mean by surging - is it missing and picking up? Or just normal driving? Or just on boost?
