3.0R Hesitation and a few questions

I've got a tactrix, I just hope he's got a custom written def file as the bundled defs for my model (07 post facelift slushbox)does exist, but it's got very few maps defined, no avcs, no speed limiting etc

He should have a def file. What is your ECU ID? He did a JDM 3.0 Outback for a mate and seemed to pull a def file from somewhere for that.

Cheers for the reply. I do have a tactrix but haven't really played with it much. Mine is also an 07 jdm slushbox and there doesn't seem to be defs for my ecu but Matt told me he can write them on the spot.

That is the same ECU as the one he did for my mate, so yes he has a tuning def for that ECU. IIRC he uses a different bit of tuning software for that ECU though. None the less, he can do it and the owner of the outback is very happy with the result. I can probably send you the base tune if you want to test it out.

I have a really basic ECUFlash definition for that ECU, but I think that is just so that it can write the file back to the ECU. It has no table defs in it

I am one of 3 or 4 people who still write them on RomRaider

I wrote ones for a 2015 Gen6 3.6L H6 last month... took me 90 minutes haha
