4-plug to 3-plug conversion, few questions

I'm just working on making ryan's adaptor to run his 3-plug 6S in the BF. I've come accross a slight hitch. Power power power...

I have 2 pinouts for each ECU type, so in total 4 pinouts for reference, and this is what they seem to say.

On the 4-plug loom:

B2 = ECU Power Supply

B13 = ECU Power Supply

B15 = Backup Power Supply

On the 3-Plug ECU:

B1 = "Main Relay 12v" or "Power switched by relay"

B2 = "Main Relay 12v" or "Power switched by relay"

B22 = ECU Power Supply 12v

A15 = Backup Power Supply 12v

So, when wiring up the adaptor:

Backup powers easy. B15 goes into A15. done

But power supply, i have 2 pin's saying supply on the 4-plug, there's no distinction between them; but on the 3-plug, there's only one pin that says "power supply". Then there's those 2 other relays...what do they do?

I could take one of the 2 supples in the 4-plug loom and connect it to the 3-plug ecu, but what about the spare one. i'll have one spare power supply wire, and an ECU wondering what happened to it's 2 12v relays...

I'm confused...

Nah, you had the 4-plugs 2 power supplies go into the 2 main relays. You left out the "ECU power supply" for the 3-plug...

Meh, its got a backup supply!! ;D

I reckon just do whats been suggested. We'll find out if it works soon enough.

mmm. maybe leave some extra length on the power ones. I think i'll steal one of power supplies and send it to the 6s power supply, and send the other one to one of the relays.

Think that will work?

I just wonder what those "Main relay"'s are.

Ooooh, the TT pinout says B1 doubles as injector power. Hmmm. I think i will rout the spare power supply from the 4-plug into B1. Still don't know what to do about the second power relay. Does a 4-plug car simply not have two or what?
