1990 rs legacy turn signal issue

Ok how to word this 

my hazard switch turns the relay noise on and the dash lights show both sides working but the relay is blinking fast like there are blown light bulbs as it is not making the lights out side of the vehicle flash. That’s the first issue the stalk on the column is doing absolutely nothing to the indicators I got another stalk to see if it was that but know difference. I have never seen or heard this issue before. everything else works on the column stalk but the indicators, my hazard switch turns on dash lights and relay,  but nothing else. can any one help me, is there a second relay that’s not working? It’s like my indicator bulbs aren’t connected any more and my stalk isn’t connected to the indicators either

The blink rate is controlled by resistance.

 

the relay works if the dash lights work. Well in most cases the flasher relay only has one output that is share t dash and external.

 

somewhere in the wiring or at a plug the dash and external lights will split.

after that point on the external lights side you have an issue.

 

Also do you have led replacement bulbs?

No led replacement all standard im going to require the whole thing I’m over trying to find the issue lol

Test the terminals and joints at the relay first.

no point rewiring just to find out the mount and socket is the issue.

I had a similar issue with my 91 a few years back - ended up being the actual hazard light switch. Not sure if it's helpful but thought I'd throw it out there just in case.
