Origins of this strut brace?

Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone out there knows which car this STi GeNOME strut brace originally came off of.

All I know is that this is not the GeNOME brace that comes from the new age WRX, (GD chassis) my suspicions are that it's from a Legacy B4 or prehaps a Forester? So if anyone knows where it's origins are from and/or which Legacy/Forester it will fit that would be much appreciated, cheers!

Oh, also forgot this won't fit the GC/GF WRX as the intercooler and intake scoop panel rub against the brace when fitted.

pretty sure its off a new sti forrester, like 04 up. ive seen one before on a yard

If you note where the three holes are on each end of the brace, they won't match any new age Subaru (new Forester included) as the new age cars have had those three stud points rotated about 30 to 40 degrees clockwise for the left side and anti clockwise for the right side (looking at the engine from the front of the car).

These pictures will probably clarify what I meant with regards to the stud points. (Note the red circles, excuse my poor paint skills lol)

From a 2003 Forester, WILL NOT fit.

From a 2001 Forester, WILL fit.

+1 on that lol, there isn't much info about GeNome gear in CS, maybe if someone has a bit of knowledge about it they could start up a thread . All I know is you can get the exhaust, strut brace and Defi gauge set with the GeNome labeling, looks like a factory option to me though I cannot say for sure. But they definitely have some pretty cool stuff!
