fuel pump relay - location

i was going to upgrade my fuel pump and chuck in this walbro ive got but cant find the fuel pump relay to release the pressure in the fuel lines like the manual say's

can someone tell me where its located?

what it looks like??

a pic would be good if anyone has one,

im doing this on my 93 V1 WRX.

its hiding under the dash,

just unplug the fuel pump itself while the car is running, you'll have the cover off anyway to change the pump.

ok where exactly do i unplug it ???

i took the oval shaped cover off which exposed a plug and 3 fuel lines and when i unplugged that the car wouldn't run just konked out after like seconds ,

i then tok the round one off thats on the opp side and left it running,

and thats all it did ???,

so obviously im unpluggn the wrong one,

the plug you speak of is it inside the actual fuel tank ???

its got me stumped for now!

You got it right the first time. When it conks out, the pressure is gone from the lines.
