  1. Evening, Just a food for thought question, currently own a v7 STi Stock Motor, Turbo Mods: 40mm TurboSmart Wastegate Mac 3port Boost Solenoid DW200 Fuel Pump 3'' Turbo Back Stock Intake silencer Delete GFB Respons Blow off 21psi. Around 210 kw atw So, what I am wondering is where to next? Looking at turbos Td0520g would be a good start, or should I jump into something like a td06sl2 I'm also still on the stock top mount, probably about time to go front mount? Anyway, what are your thoughts? Thanks have a good night P.S I like Uelh, I don't really want to go down the road of eqlh

  2. Never had any issues getting what ever boost desired this way. 4 ports are usually very sensitive to changes in duty cycle. If you have enough pressure to push open a internal wastegate with back pressure too high then you have way too much backpressure or too weak a spring

  3. Reliable? E85 is no good for a road car due to availability and cost. You would need a flex fuel setup so you could still run regular fuel. You will probably need a bigger fuel pump and injectors... plus a sensor to detect the fuel/e85 mixture and an appropriate input into the ecu to allow it to adjust the tune on the fly.

  4. Td05 would be a good start you're not wrong haha, depends what you want to use the car for, what your budget is and what is controlling the engine, E85 is kinda magic if you want to go down that route EDIT: @Gripless Beat me to it

  5. Welcome to the Americans own the Internet and therefore all Subarus must be single scroll now. Tomei do their one that with cams makes 400 wheel hp which I'm pretty sure @mlracing.co.nz can get. Hks must do one as well. There may be other Japanese brands as well. EFR one is in @Niran build thread. J tune make a replacement up-pipe so that must open more options with its t04 flange like Garrett. https://www.edoperformance.com/products/tr-gtx2971-twin-scroll-for-subaru-wrx-02-07-and-sti-04-18

  6. i spent many hours going through all the bolt on turbos ( kinugawa, kando, arashi, mamba, forced performance, blouch etc ) and mamba makes some nice twin scroll bolt on gtx turbos. take a look at this, might do the trick. could have tdo5/6 twin scroll too not sure https://shop.mambatek.com/product.sc?productId=546&categoryId=13 or a 3 inch inlet version https://shop.mambatek.com/product.sc?productId=3031&categoryId=13 can be pretty confusing looking through the turbos on that site and all the different versions but the twin scroll ones say they are spec c would be good if forced performance made twin scroll but they seem to have crazy good spool on single scroll and journal bearing they feel they dont need to i gather. forced performance was my first choice before i decided to go twisted efr. mamba turbos is by the founder of kinugawa turbos before something went down and he left and started again edit: whoops those ones have the middle scroll removed (says high flow) to make more peak hp but theres others that dont i think.
