Hi Guys, the bro in law has an auto twin turbo legacy and is having this issue and I have no idea what could be causing it, when he starts the car its all fine but as soon as he goes into drive and press the accelrator the car revs but doesnt move and than suddenly it will move and than it will start to work fine, reverse works fine and if you just have it in D without pressing the accelrator car moves normal, also when he accelrates you hear this weird sound from the front right like a air suction or something like soft metal grinding but in idle and rev nothing... put on a diagnostic and came up with no error codes.... any ideas??

  5. doesn\'t new subaru 2012 wrx come built in with the screen with g force boost and something else standard? the cousin\'s one has that built in, looks flash wouldnt mind that in the subi dont know if its swappable ;D

  8. lol i knew that part, but where are they located more or less, i found one at the rear wheel arch, so the lights have to come out any other secret hidden ones i should be worried about? do they just clip off, dont want to break clips and not able to put the bumper back on again
  9. Hi Guys, anyone know how to remove the rear bumper on the V7 Subaru Impreza STI, need to take it out to swap with another bumper. did a search but far out get some random returns :-\

  11. will be interesting to see the posts on this i always thought the evo\'s came out on top watching top gear through the seasons but they the higher spec subaru was better like the Spec C compared to base model evo

  13. have to say Marc that things so much better in real life, photos just dont do it justice!!
  14. good cheap cars but you definitely notice the lack of power, i went from a evo to a levin to save money, ended up selling it after 3 months because just felt like going at snail pace couldn\'t overtake trucks and so on and bought the subi after that.... integra is value for money if you get a Dohc Vtec one... in saying that you wouldnt lose as much money on a levin like you would on a subi or a turbo car...
  15. my subi did that, was one of the spark plug leads not making contact properly was weird as hack!
  16. the engine and stuff cost me 6.5K, the wiring and stuff by boosted performance cost me around 2k for them to run the wiring and get it running properly so it did end up costing a bit but i thought it was worth it at the time lol... car did a 13 flat on 18inch chromes with full interior and standard boost after the conversion on its first run!
  17. i did a V7 sti conversion on my subaru B4 legacy 1999, boosted performance in Howick did all the work, the car was a beast after the conversion! i used the standard v7 computer and harness though to run the setup...
  18. good on you posting it up here, i would look out for other people as well and tell them of this guy, the dealer is a doosh and will just fool someone else now, hope you do get your money back
  19. flip that suxs for SOUTHSUB and you about the cars, SOUTHSUB post a pic of the car and maleek might be able to tell you if it is or isnt....hope you got your evo 4 back at least??

  21. yeah your better off giving at back to the dealer, the stress of not knowing will kill you as well with what else could be wrong with the car, with only 120K on the body/engine you would wonder it would have been good and truely thrashed
