Yup, the good ol' blue flashing light on the dash is a good deterrent.
I'm tempted to get a couple of these stickers made up as an additional deterrent:
Plenty of places to hide iPhones and trackers etc.
Most cars have plenty of trim and lots of 12V you can tap in to.
Mount a cheap case with foam mounting tape so that it stays put and you can easily install/remove the phone as required.
If only there was a car version of this...
Unfortunately, most of the thefts I've heard off seem to be trailer jobs. Probably someone with flatbed tow truck or similar.
Even without engine running they can load it up.
Seems like GPS and insurance is the only real way to protect your pocket these days.
Anyone got an email address for Arrow? They don't reply to enquiries via their contact form and I can't really call whilst at work
Wheel Fix It are really responsive to emails fyi
EZ-Lip done!
For anyone doing this in future. Would recommend having a mate help eye it up.
Kinda difficult to line up, then stick, then line up, then stick. Had to reposition it a couple of times.
The TapTurn relay has some cool features like one touch signalling, arrival/departure lighting, directional park lights.
Most settings are customisable and can even be turned off.
@Invisible recommended me the TapTurn flasher relay.
Unfortunately it doesn't support gen 3 and only supports gen 4 and 5 Legacy. http://www.autowindow.com/
