  1. With you Samco intake, do you not get any spool noise in cabin? With mine it's bloody loud on boost.
  2. Last I knew, the Impreza line is separate from the WRX and STi as of now. [quote name='newsuba said: no details on wrx or sti yet.just new 2.0l 113kw putput motors and cvt gearboxes - yuk Are they FA/FB series motors?
  3. Seconded. Awesome mechanic.
  4. Oooooooo your racecar sounds so good. Well done getting third
  5. Second. Otherwise there is Spec performance.
  6. I'd be keen to see how this pod looks in the dash.
  7. Purple AFM only suits the Version 3/4 WRX wagon and some model Legacies. For a 1999 GF8, you should have an insert style AFM.
  8. Looks like a dick of a job
  9. Pics or it didn't happen.

  11. It's because the link is to the mobile version of Facebook and it's compressed. Go to Grahame's profile and you'll be sweet as.
  12. Talk to Reuben at Repco, he will look after you
  13. Sums it up nicely. BNT sell FCUHS 75w90 gearbox and 80w90 diff oil at a good price and I find it to be pretty good. In my old V3 Wagon I ran Penrite 10W50 with no issues, but 10w40 will be fine.
  14. When DacerX and I were down in May last year, they had two pumps behind the petrol station with 98. The guys working there said there were plans to expand the front courtyard and the 98 pumps would be installed there too.
  15. BP Rolleston (Last BP on your way to Queenstown if you head south) BP Hoon Hay BP Fendalton BP Marshland Rd BP Dallington These BPs' have 98. The BP in Ashburton has 98, so does the BP in Cromwell.
  16. First Google hit explains it better than I'll try: http://www.dsmtuners.com/threads/the-difference-between-a-small-16g-and-a-big-16g.318980/
  17. Yup. It was a right angle inlet that was machined to be straight inlet.
  18. I upgraded my TD04L to a TD05 off an early WRX and got a front facing cover for it. Tuned for 17 PSI which kicks in at 3500 and tapers to 15PSI at 6500RPM. Stock Exhaust + a factory decatted downpipe.
  19. Hey dude, my HID ballasts mount onto my headlights. Bare in mind my headlights are a different design to yours.
  20. For what car? I'll be taking my Version 8 headlights out to get worked on in a few days time and can take photos.
  21. I have a 2002 WRX and fitted a Deatchwerks DW200 with no issues at all, using the stock pick up sock. DW200: http://www.nzperformance.co.nz/fuel-system/fuel-pumps/deatschwerks/dw200-500hp-intank-pump-subaru.html
  22. [quote name='Andy_Mac said: Turns out my package was a front and a rear too. Wasn't palnning on doing them for a while anyway so not fussed. Lucky on the airbags. The full assortment of them in mine has been a major pain for me. Good to hear you guys' springs have arrived/partially, even though I'm still at work, the main gates are closed and no one is manning reception so I'll have no idea when mine arrive.. if they do.
  23. If the same as before worked, yeah.
  24. Take a photo of the applied model code and upload Google did point out it could be a UK spec WRX, which would be a little odd in NZ.. I also wouldn't think being a '96 it'd be a NZ new spec one.
