Nah, it wouldn't boost once if it was blocked. Its gotta be something hooked up wrong or an electrical fault.

the diaphram aint leaking as took intercooler off and no air coming out of secondary under idle so its sealing...

Nah the car was running fine before with the turbos so cant be exhuast or cat on the old motor aparently

Got a scan tool? I think that gives you a more specific code than 66. Like it will tell you roughly which bit of the TT system isnt working right.

This is my first one and my only one its such a piece of shit design and a pain to diagnose problems....

so swapped afms...Still no change

its not boosting at all now..

Where as before it did it sometimes before it cut and CEL come on..

Need to go over and check all vac lines apart from that any other ideas??

Yeah, recheck all your lines and connections. It has to be something there.

Did you pull the vac/boost lines off the primary turbo?

Iv swapped BBOX with flatmates one and refitted my one and no change so not the plugs....

What will pulling vac lines off primary do man? Free boost it???

The weird thing is it was intermitent as like it would boost properly at least once then cut..Now not at all...

Nope thats the gya thing is mels is manual this is auto....

I doubt it to be ecu as car was running fine before BEB as far as i knoow

No, was wondering if you pulled it off when the engine came out. You might have put it back on the wrong way around.
