HELP please.

Right Im 17 and leaving from home in Blenheim tomorrow to go to Tauranga for a job and since my car is blown Im taking my old civic which my parents have been using and my Dad has just told me today that the brake pads need doing and he forgot to tell me. So Im leaving home at 8am and taking the ferry that gets in to wellington at 1pm.

If i was able to get some brake pads at Repco in Wellington would some one in Wellington be able to lend a hand and tools putting them in since I haven't done brakes before??? Or does any body know a place in Wellington that would be able to do them for me.

A big thanks to keltik for his help and every one else who offered. I have a job working at a show jumping stable with top riders, its going to be a big learning experence for me as riding is what I do.
