'99 B4 RS to a RS30?? Any opinions on RS30?

I wanna look at getting a RS30, they look very nice to me, I test drove one a few months back and it was wicked. But I sadly didn't have the money at the time and what made it worse is it had a sunroof which I was sort of looking for.

But despite that are they good cars? I want something under 90000km like an '02 - '03 in Blue with Black Lthr...

Any issues with engines / trans...?

Keep it serviced and you'll be fine. Like B4's, they break rear diff bushes, get creaky rear suspension, and the headlights go all frosty. Nothing major though. I'd own one over a TT any day.

Slow compared to a TT. '01-'03 ones are the best.

I have been looking at these as well the "2nd" gen ones look all good would love a 6 speed Manual one

I would love a TT but aren't they real unreliable? Don't you have to service them every 5000km?

Funkytowns got a BP. Different animal altogether.

Twin turbos are hit and miss. They either work or explode. Buy a cheap one and keep the change for a new engine.

My old mans has 140k and no big issues yet, nick's is over 200k and still going. But yeah... they have been known to go bang

take care of them, and they last. don't, and they blow up. it's not that hard. an oil change every 5000 km isn't really that hard...

160k on the boat. And 70k of that has been hard rape.

Other than killing rear shocks like theres no tomorrow and blowing a gearbox (which i deserved)....the cars been bloody mint.

Yeah the filter and oils is cheaper than filling it up once...
