Mine has a body kit that doesn't seem very common on other legacies - even rev D's.

Gaurds and bonnet are alloy on mine. Reubens statement that all BH/BE's have alloy arms is incorrect. TSR's still had steel ones.

I also have the side airbags in my seats and came with 2 pot front brakes

This is from what i know about the Rev D legacy

Engine:

Higher comp ratio

Different TB and I/C setup up. (different pipe work before/after I/C)

Uses Denso ECU system instead of JECS type (can reflash)

AFM insert type (75mm instead of 90mm intake ID )

Turbos are different.

4pots became a Factory option.

They added a few Braces around the chassis.

Different headlights (aka "terminator type")

grill

Bonnet

AFIK guards are the same as the headlight differances are around the grill area.

Mirrors with LED inidicator became a factory option

different trim layout inside. (blitzens got a crazy tan leather interior)

speedo custer is different

Steering wheel is different.

*I havnt seen a RSK without front alloy arms.

my my02 JDM d rev has no side airbags and i work on a nz new d rev bh that is the same, is it a my03 thing? i dont think i have alloy gaurds but i'll check, has alloy bonnet tho, d revs do have extra braces in the rear over the others

All TURBO BE/BH's, i should have made that clear... I'm assuming the 3L's will as well.

Im pretty sure d rev turbo manuals have 4.111 final drives, instead of the 4.444 found in A's and B's (same gearbox as ver 5/6 sti) gives about 2650 for 100kph in 5th, makes driving with a load tricky, if u tip the throttle over certain point it goes from slowly accelerating to giving full boost, pretty tiresome. but gives it the ability to get a max of 680kms off a tank vs 550 max in my brothers BH5A

You'll find the ~a-b had a taller geared Gearbox and bigger turbos ~c went for shorter gears and smaller turbos. and then ~D was different again

Ahhh no, ive done alot of work on my bro's BH5A, it from factory has the same transmission as a ver5 sti sedan, so similar gearing to all the non type RA/R turbos, ive worked on a few rev C's and from what i see they have vf31/32 combo like a D rev but not sure on the gearing as they have been autos. the rev d's have longest geared 5MT for turbos i know of

      Afternoon team,
im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket.
Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.

Cheers in advance for any info and help yous maybe able to give me.

      Cheers Shaun
