They are a DIY ecu... unless you're a huge electronics and software geek, avoid it.

Have a read up I was considering one for the RX as there is NO plug and play options like a link but may in the future relook into it

im going to buy one from a guy in tauranga in the next few weeks, they come assembled too.

550 is what he sells for, and will help you tune it etc

also, i wouldnt trust it to run an ej20, im just going to use it so i can run open velocity stacks on a 4age

I would just get the link G4 extreme does everything and can be wired up for anything

Megasquirts are alot slower to tune the the link G4 due to the design of the program and how you input the data.

The ECU is alright, but its kinda get what you pay for as such.

We havn't tuned one a turbo car to know how good they are control wise. But personally I will always reccomend Link G4 over anything else (unless I find a better/same qualitiy product for cheeper)

Also G4 storm is more then enough for most builds. Unless your planning on some crazy setup measuring all kinds of pressures and tempatures you don't need to use it. Good thing with the storm is if you need to upgrade to extreme, you can just plug your storm loom in to the extreme.

if you want it cheaper find a g2 or g3 plus and upgrade it
