Amplifier wiring kits - any recommendations

I'm trying to wire up a pioneer amp and new pioneer speaker.

Looked on trade and there's quite a few amp wiring kits around

Can anyone recommend a particular brand which is reliable. i don't want to end up buying a kit and finding its cheap stuff!

even the cheap ones are pretty good, i swapped a fusion kit, and it was pretty decent too.

Yeah most of them are much of a muchness to the average person. An audio phile will go on about how much copper is included compared to how much insulation making the cable appear thicker than it actually is, but if you aren't hunting every single last watt out of your system then an 8ga should suffice.

My advice is to go for a 4ga kit as it will future-proof you a little if you decide to expand later. Common lower-end brands found are Boss, Raptor, Reactor, Lightning Audio, Sound Quest & Tsunami (a bit nicer).

If you're only amping the speakers, then any 4ga kit will do..

It's only when you start talking 880W RMS that you have to start thinking about fatter power cables

My last system ran a touch over 10kw. That took a fair bunch of cable to say the least...
