Got the idea from a mates v8. Put the PCV there as a precaution.

Having measured a standard system set-up at 10 millibar, I'm well happy with the result of my set-up. due to the lower crankcase pressures through out the rev/power range, along with no fumes and crap to drain out.

Would be interested to know what pressure is in the crankcase with a catch can breather system.

This can cause a cylinder to flood and then it hydraulics when you go to start and 9/10 times will bend a rod

I know its an old thread, but how do you de prime the fuel rails Ichi Ban? I'm wanting to pull the injectors out and upgrade to yellows. Sorry for the hijack lol

disconnect fuel pump while car is running - the engine will die fairly quickly, then wind then engine over of 10-15 sec (it will cough and try to run untill there is bugger all fuel in the rail)

Side feed injectors have the chance to drain the rail into the cylinder(s) which is when there can be a huge problem

Change injectors, - be very carefull not to pinch an oring -and then remove spark plugs- wind engine over by hand at least two full revolutions (22mm socket on crankpulley)

Refit plugs, reconnect fuel pump and start engine
