seems like everyone can only guess, might be time to get to towed to a specialist, have you draining the oil and inspecing it for filings?

As said above check oil and oil filter for metal -

Got a oil pressure gauge ? As the tolerance on the big end increases the oil pressure will drop - run the big end so much the heads will eventually get no oil pressure as the oil will be going straight out the huge clearance in the big end

it's quite possible to feel a big end knocking through the clutch pedal - as the big end bolts the rod to the crank - with a large clearance on the big end bearing the knocking sound is the rod hitting the crank while changing direction ( up to down - down to up )

Think of impacting on the crank - the shock going through the flywheel to the clutch to the clutch fork - the more revs the harder the impact on ye crank

having done that amount of work to it , it could be anything , start striiping her down and inspecting, oil filter etc first

Sticking lifter is quite possible since u have lifter heads - but it would have done it on first start up - like also said above the screw driver stethoscope will tell u what u need to know - if your hearing it near the centre of the block where it splits its almost certainly beb

The other thing which can make the clutch fork take a knocking is crank walk - grab the front crank pulley and see of it has back and forth play (axial) - not radial (up and down)
