Removing Front bumper

How easy is it do to? I plan to swap mine for a V5/6 one next week and want to DIY.

pretty darn easy (well on the Leggy it is : assume Impreza not much different)

remove grill. IIRC you can leave headlights in.

then

find all the bolts:unbolt them - woolah ;D

remove park lights (clipped in as well as screwed)

remove grill (dont break clips)

remove headlights (2 nuts and 2 bolts on each)

remove clips along top of bumper

unclip/unbolt bumper ends

V5 bumpers have a bolt hiding behind the number plate and clips along the bottom if bottom covers are still on

there are 4x 17mm bolts from the top of the chassis rails holding the bumper frame on but you can probably leave that in place.

OR

undo the bumper clips and just the 4main 17mm bolts and the bumpers ends and the whole bumper cover and frame should come off as one.
