fittng a bov

would have to be quite an ugly setup as the factory blow off valve is an inline type .

i assume you want it hooked up so you can run resirc and atmosphere or some combination of both ?

unless you put a 45 degree bend on both ends of bov so you are back to in and out being "inline" . might not be enough length between the ic and the intake pipe tho

you could use flexible hose and "remote mount " it to an extent

yeah was going to get a kompact dual port bov

thats what i thought aye, but the people selling it said i could use the piece of flexible hose already on my car,

just dont think it would look very good.

and the kompact dual port bov doesnt sound that great eiher, but they dont sell any inline dual port valves that i know of

:(

Seriously dont worry about the "dual port" aspect of it

So long as you get one which seals fine at idle and doesnt leak under boost you\'ll be right

Someones bound to pipe up about "ohh it\'ll go rich after shifts" or whatever but realistically people put on 100% atmo valves on everything and have done for years, with no genuine ill effects unless the valve itself is defective or the car is ultra sensitive to that sort of thing (which an early WRX is not)

Someone else is then bound to say "if you do a snorkelectomy and whatever you\'ll just hear the factory valve" - yes you will but its not quite the same, much like how zooey dechanel looks just like katy perry but due to missing one (well.. two) vital components, is a sad substitute

Coz it goes pssssshhhhh ans pssshhhh puts a smile on peoples faces .

I have noticed on early 90 s cars the ecu doesnt really care about blow off valves . Gc8 r32 etc

Later stuff because it has finer control you may notice . R34 v7. Etc .

It\'ll be mint as long as it closes fully

i can\'t see your picture but if its the same top mount setup as a GTB/RSB, it\'s piss easy. I went to a wreckers and got a piece of hose from IC to stock BOV and a 20mm hose joiner and a couple of hose clamps, stock hose i didn\'t cut i think i just twisted it around a little to accommodate. chopped a piece off the hose i got from wreckers to suit the recirc part and used the hose joiner in the hole where the stock valve goes

here is a pic of how mine is setup, it should give you a rough idea, i am using a GFB Hybrid 50/50 never had any sign of backfiring or anything using it for almost 2 years now and same type of valve as the one you are looking at

      Afternoon team,
      im new to the group first time posting. Im hoping some body can help me get my launch control all dialled in on my link g4x. Ive had the computer and car all tuned from chris at prestige awesome knowlegable guy super happy with the results but now im wanting to get my launch/anti lag all dialled in. Ive been reading multiple different forums etc all with different conflicking information which has made me nervious with what do i listen to this or that if you get what i mean. Now ive started to make myself familiar with my PClink software etc the past few weeks and im eager to learn how to do minor setups or tweaks etc so im not relieing on my tuner so much and obviously saving myself abit hurt in the back pocket. 
      Now back to the question at hand.... Im wondering if theres and one who could please share there knowledge and wisdom with setting all my values, timing, fuel etc when i have launch control armed and engaged, or even a launch tune file they can possibly send me to load onto my tune. Ive figured out the setup of my digital inputs turning launch control on etc and its obvisously on its pre set factory settings. It engages but doesnt sound the greatest or as angry as it should i feel. Hence reaching out to you good buggers.
