srs light for airbag wof

hi guys i failed my wof because my srs light didnt light up on my dash to do a learn cycle or something ??gc1 98 impreza but the airbag light does come on then off ........ anyone have any idea or come across this before i looked and cant see a srs light in the dash

do you have a newbie WOF guy? "pretty sure" the airbag light alone should do?

Mine has a \'airbag\' light. My old Honda had an srs light.

If it illuminates when you turn car to on but engine off and it disappeares after a few secs then its sweet. Take it back and ask for a re-check for free?

Get a new wof guy/talk to his boss

My 98 BG5 GTB ONLY has a "AIRBAG" light : no "SRS" : I just checked and it only failed last WOF for 3x tires and oil leaks

i had 6 vtnz testers on my car at the time i thought the airbag light was the only one in there ill pull the dash cluster out just to be sure because hes a grumpy f@#% and i dont really want to get pinged for the things they missed.........

in other words you are saying IM RIGHT and there is NO SRS light

He could be referring to the AIRBAG light as an SRS light (they mean the same thing) Some "SRS" lights are pictures of people being hit in the face with airbags, some say AIRBAG, some say SRS....

Rules say it should come on when ignition is turned on and stay on for 3-10secs (depending on car) then go out. As long as it does this then it should pass simple as that.
