Stolen: STI Spotlight Covers

Some wanker has just taken my STI spotlight covers off my version 3 wagon they are Silver > Im really really angry

nah, not really. gutted though mate. I had some proper 4WD spotlights taken out of my garage a while ago. cheeky bastards just see stuff and run ae. not to mention the people who broke into my house not too long ago...

we lock and alarm the house even if we are just running down to the shops and will be less than 5mins.

unlike when i lived in matamata we never locked our front door only when we went away for a couple of days or worried about locking the car at night never had any problems.

wouldn't do that now mind you things have changed and i blame P drove theft up something wicked then people realised how easy it was.

Oh gutted mate, happened to me last year outside my work, caught kids snooping round my car earlier but they obviously came back later on. They only stole one and not two which was real random, but fark was it really really annoying. Now mine are glued on so are pretty much impossible to get off

might be the wrong area for this question...but do u need any extra brackets apart from the normal holes to fit the covers?

I have had some for ages i need painted and fitted.

Dont think so. I superglued my screws in for them. Ive heard of guys tack welding them too.

Um mine weren't original but the trademe copies.... So first set just screwed them into the bumper, 2nd time I just got that real sticky black glue stuff u can get from panel&paint shops which did the trick.

hiya, i have a pair of version 3/ 4 spotlight covers if u are interasted inthem. they are copies of the orignal . its white at the moment but obvisouly can b painted to whatever colour. i paid $90 for them so u are keen ill probably let u have it for $50 bux. msg me if u are keen. 021 100 6055
