rs how do you know its a genuine car

is there any serial numbers to look for to find out if a 1993 rs is genuine

if its got 4 wheels and a noisey bit at the front its prolly a genuine car

if it looks like this its not a genuine car

genuine what ? RS ? if it has a turbo then it is a rs lol

a 1993 legacy rs is common as much and can be had for $500

Or do you mean is it an OEM turbo model? Engine number on the chassis tag would be the key wouldn\'t it?

he may be meaning that a GT sedan has had a manual swap also 1993 was the change over year to the twin churbro model

you can go off the model applied code on the OEM vin plate on the passenger side front suspension tower

It\'ll be BC5 something. Do some Google-fu and you should be able to find what it was originally. Saying that if its just a BC5 RS then all it means is that its the manual version of the GT sedan (wagons were all GTs)

Only one thats got a bit of rarity is the RS-RA
